Directions
From Shoreditch High Street, turn east into Cordwainer Yard. We are a few doors along on the left: black door, red lacquer sign.
Overground
Shoreditch High Street station is a four-minute walk. Take the main exit, turn left, and Cordwainer Yard is the second right.
Bikes and parking
Street parking is pay-by-phone and scarce. There is a cycle-hire dock at the end of the yard and bike stands outside the door.
Before you come
What if I am running late?
Message us on WhatsApp. We hold your slot for 10 minutes. After that we shorten the service or move you to the next free time.
Can I cancel or move a booking?
Yes, any time up to three hours before, from Manage booking with your reference. No fee.
Do I need a patch test?
For colour and lash services, yes. Come in at least 48 hours before your first visit. It is free and takes five minutes, and you can walk in for it.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, for services marked Walk-in. With eight stations we usually get you in within 20 minutes.
How do I pay?
At the studio: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We are cashless. This demo site takes no payment online.
Can we come as a group?
Book each person, or message us and we hold neighbouring stations for three or more.
